I found Snowy and spent a great deal of the day saying 'Herges Adventures of TinTin' !!!!!
For my lovely mate Di....I found the ultimate G&T Guide.....
On the subject of Chocolate...I spent a little while with my nose squashed against the window at Godiva...until the Moose dragged me away!
On our meander we walked slap bang into the middle of a very large animal rights protest...mostly veg heads..so I was compelled to join in for solidarities sake....well they were going in the same direction as me! If it would have been in London half the Met would have been on the street! In Brussels a few trendy policeman slouched nonchalantly against their cars chatting !
Spent 25 mins on a stationary metro train which eventually became a shortcut for people getting from one platform to another......so we ended up shrugging our shoulders and getting off...perhaps it's a pass time in Brussels....get on the train...sit down...spot someone you know..give them a kiss...chat for 5 mins...shrug when you realise the train is not going any where...pick up your belongings and hop off!
We were going in search of briefs !
